The IELTS Speaking Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 courses will be updated with the new questions and cue cards in January, May and September. Please note that it may take up to a month for all the courses to get all the updates (Part 1 and 2 are usually completed in 2 weeks). We try to do the updates as quickly as possible.

As for IELTS Writing and IELTS Reading courses, we might add new videos occasionally; however, please note that they are not subscription courses and will not be updated on a regular basis.

The courses include the majority of the questions and certainly most of the questions for Part 1 and Part 2; however, we cannot guarantee every question because different questions sometimes get asked in different countries. 

Yes, old topics that are not currently being used in the IELTS Speaking test will be removed from the IELTS Speaking courses because the courses become too big if we leave all the old topics on. Please make sure that you have downloaded all the PDFs of current questions before the 1st of January, May, and September. We cannot provide these after they have been removed from the courses.

No, these are online courses and there are no one-to-one lessons or live lessons.

If you find the course is not suitable, you can get a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we will only refund if you have used 5% or less of the course. Please watch the sample videos before buying to make sure that the courses are suitable for you.

All IELTS Speaking courses can be accessed for three months (3 months) and all other courses can be accessed for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. You can buy the courses again if you would like to after your subscription has expired.
